Nadya Suleman known became familiar and achieved common man attention when she gave birth to octuplets in 2009 January. Nadya was was born in 1975 in a separated family in Fullerton, California. CBI issues lookout notice against Ravi Rishi

The CBI on Sunday issued a restraint order to prevent Ravi Rishi, a London-based NRI businessman and accused in a case of irregularities in the purchase of Tatra Trucks for the Army, from leaving the country.
Officials reported that they have alerted all airports and exit points. His company maintained that he was cooperating with the CBI in the probe.
Mr. Rishi, owner of the Vectra Group, he been questioned twice so far. He is likely to be summoned again. He has termed the allegations unfortunate saying that the trucks were sold through a public sector undertaking BEML.
The lookout notice was issued after the Army Chief Gen. V.K. Singh alleged, in an interview that Lt. Gen. (retired) Tejinder Singh had offered him a bribe for clearing a consignment of sub-standard trucks. However, Lt. Gen. Singh has denied the allegations and filed a defamation case against Gen. Singh and some other senior Army officers.
CBI officials will seek more information from the Army Chief before deciding on whether to register a preliminary inquiry or a case in respect of the bribery charge.
The sources explained that Gen. Singh was expected to give more material detail to the agency soon on the alleged bribe offer.

Minor girl gang-raped, four arrested

Police said today that four persons have been arrested for allegedly gang-raping by a 14 year-old girl in Viramgam town of the Ahmedabad District.
They said that the incident came to light on Saturday when the girl's parents filed an FIR and based on the information given by the girl, three persons were accordingly arrested.
According to the police the fourth accused was arrested today and taken to the Civil Hospital for medical testing. Police have not revealed the name of the accused.
According to the police report, the victim, who is a class 9 student and had gone to borrow a notebook from her friend on Friday afternoon, when four youth came in an auto rickshaw and abducted her.
They took her to a secluded place wherein they raped her. Following this, they threatened the girl of dire consequences if she revealed about the incident to anyone else and then let her off near her house.
The girl, who was traumatized due to the horrific incident, did not tell about it to anyone else. However, when she started suffering from health problems, she broke down before her mother and narrated the incident to her.
Following this, the girl's parents lodged an FIR and three accused were arrested immediately.
Police said that tension gripped the small town with people gathering at the police station, as the girl belonged to a major community, while the accused belonged to a minor community.
However, the situation has been brought under control.
